Our patients receive a free parking pass to display in your vehicle while attending appointments. Please ask reception for a pass when you arrive for your appointment.

Please be advised of the following:

• Patients are responsible for ensuring that parking passes are visible and clearly displayed.
• The parking pass must have the license plate clearly written in space provided on the pass.
• Parking passes include an expiration date. Patients are responsible for requesting a new pass upon expiry.
• The Windsor Family Health Team is not responsible for parking tickets or violations incurred at Jackson Park Health Centre.
• The City of Windsor is responsible for monitoring and enforcement. All disputes and/or questions regarding parking at the Jakson Park Health Centre should directed to the City of Windsor.
• The Windsor Family Health Team is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods from vehicles at the Jackson Park Health Centre.
