- Please press 1 at the initial prompt to access our Family Practice Program if you are a patient enrolled to one of our Physicians (Dr. Coates, Dr. Jaddou, Dr. Ouellette, Dr. Paquette, Dr. Reidel, Dr. Rowden, or Dr. Zajac) or Nurse Practitioners (Jillian Nascimento or Souzan Rowden). Note: calls are answered starting 8:15am Monday-Friday.
- Please press 2 at the initial prompt to access our Team Care Centre Program or One Team Recovery Program if you have been referred by your family physician, nurse practitioner, or community provider who is not a staff member of the Windsor Family Health Team or if you have self-referred to our One Team Recovery Program. Note: calls are answered starting 8:15am Monday-Friday.
- To speak to one of our medical receptionists, press 0 at the second prompt to be placed into the queue for either program.
- Stay on the line to hear additional options. These include: hours of operation, location, booking of online appointments, etc.
We receive a high volume of calls on a daily basis. At peak times waits can exceed 30mins. We receive calls in sequence and our team aims to address callers’ requests as efficiently as possible to minimize wait times.
