The Windsor Family Health Team is hosting a six-week treatment group focused on exploring and improving one’s self-esteem. Individuals must be 18+ to participate in programming as well as rostered patients of the Windsor Family Health Team and/or it’s Team Care Centre Program.
Self-esteem is multifaceted and encompasses one’s relationship with themselves on a physical, emotional and cognitive level. This group is meant to assist participants in exploring their self-esteem through a lens of cognitive behavioural and narrative psychotherapy and is lead by a Registered Social Worker.
